Nothing says you are in a small town like ordering chicken balls and egg rolls from the local Chinese restaurant!
Sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice, chicken balls and egg roll!
Lucky Garden has a big take out business but they also have a huge dining room. You can order a la crate but most people go for their buffet dinner. It's limited but has all your *caucasian* favourites.
I eat in the best Asian restaurants in Markham and Richmond Hill but I do enjoy eating here too :)
People are nice, the food comes quickly. Portions are huge and it is reasonably priced -

Well my older brother said the food was good and since it was my birthday, I didn't feel like cooking, so based on what my brother told me, Chinese Food it was.
I ordered a Dinner For Three which consisted of
3 Egg Rolls
Chicken Fried Rice
Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls
Almond Guy Ding
Deep Fried Hong Kong Chicken Wings
3 Fortune Cookies.
The Egg Rolls were wilted
The Rice, though I ordered it without egg in it, came with no trace of chicken, green onions or peas that you would normally see mixed into it. In short plain rice fried in oyster and soy sauces.
The Almond Guy Ding was more like a soup though there were about 5 almonds in it along with a few pieces of broccoli, a few slices of carrots with a couple of stalks of celery an lots of chicken and onions, which they could have taken some of the Chicken along with the onions and thrown it into the rice.. Pulling it out of the bag, I spilled half the broth on my leg. The Chicken Balls and Wings were about the only things I had no qualms about.
Needless to say, it will be the last time I go there.
